Z tohoto d\u016fvodu se mi vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed, \u010di dokonce veganstv\u00ed zd\u00e1 jako \u00famysln\u00e9 po\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bla. Je prok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee prav\u011bk\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk, kter\u00fd jedl maso m\u011bl vyvinut\u011bj\u0161\u00ed mozek, jeliko\u017e musel st\u00e1le vym\u00fd\u0161let nov\u00e9 strategie, jak zv\u00ed\u0159e ulovit. Kdybychom byli od p\u0159\u00edrody b\u00fdlo\u017eravci, jak mnoz\u00ed tvrd\u00ed, nem\u011bl by mozek dne\u0161n\u00edho \u010dlov\u011bka zdaleka takovou kapacitu, kterou disponuje dnes.  Probl\u00e9m nadv\u00e1hy je velmi aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed t\u00e9ma. Rodi\u010de nemaj\u00ed \u010das, tak d\u00edt\u011bti daj\u00ed pen\u00edze na j\u00eddlo. A kam si d\u00edt\u011b zajde? V\u011bt\u0161inou do r\u016fzn\u00fdch fastfood\u016f. Obezita podle m\u011b nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m vznikl\u00fd z velk\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed j\u00eddla, je to probl\u00e9m \u0161patn\u00e9ho v\u00fdb\u011bru j\u00eddla a nedostatku pohybu. Kdyby si rodi\u010de na d\u00edt\u011b ud\u011blali \u010das a ten nutri\u010dn\u011b vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fd ob\u011bd mu opravdu p\u0159ipravovali, nemuselo by k nadv\u00e1ze v\u016fbec doj\u00edt. Jen\u017ee odb\u00fdt se v n\u011bjak\u00e9m pofid\u00e9rn\u00edm bistru je prost\u011b jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed. Poruchy p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy jako je anorexie \u010di bulimie jsou dle m\u00e9ho zp\u016fsobeny trendem nezdrav\u011b vyhubl\u00fdch modelek, od kter\u00e9ho se na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed pomalu upou\u0161t\u00ed. D\u016fle\u017eitou roli hraje psychika jednotlivce. Proto\u017ee pokud \u010dlov\u011bk nebude s\u00e1m cht\u00edt, nep\u0159esv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed ho nikdo. Z\u00e1v\u011brem bych cht\u011bla \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee pojem, jako je \u201eide\u00e1ln\u00ed stravov\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c neexistuje. Ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s by si m\u011bl uv\u011bdomit, jak chce se sv\u00fdm t\u011blem zach\u00e1zet.
